Weekend at Casa Ramon, Dominical Costa Rica For those of you out there who like luxury, seclusion and a good time while surrounded by pristine rainforest and spectacular Pacific Ocean views then you?ll probably like Casa Ramon in Dominical Costa Rica. While I was there the only sounds I heard were the majestic Pacific Ocean and the vast multitude of incredible wildlife that surrounds you. Perched about 90 meters above sea level it has fantastic Ocean views to the south and a not so accessible beach at the end of the road. It took me about 5 minutes to climb down but for about the last 50 meters or so there was no railing which made it quite uncomfortable. It was worth it though as the views along the coastline to the south and east were breattaking; particularly at sunrise as you get to see the sun come up over the mountains throught the rainforest?s morning haze. The house itself is divided into 3 separate areas, there is a 1 bedroom Casita with King bed and kitchen which stands alone by the gym and then the main house is split into an upstairs and downstairs apartment, each with 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 comfortably. There are a total of 4 kitchens throughout as well as the beginnings of a gym, a Spa, free form infinity pool and a Jacuzzi with plans to add other additions in the near future. With it?s proxomity to Corcovado National Park it is an ideal location for people who don?t want to spend a night in the jungle.

Casa Ramon is a hidden paradise in the middle of the Costa Rican Jungle My husband and I stayed there recently with our two children and loved the ocean views and quietness. You can find many places to go and hide in seclusion while listening to the jungle sounds. Carlos and Anna are wonderful caretakers and will go the extra mile to meet your needs. We have rented private villas across the world and Casa Ramon is right up there on the top of our list. We highly recommend Dominical Surf & Adventures for all your tours, Norma and Henry were great! They can set up any adventure you want and they are only 5 minutes from the Villa. We were so happy at Casa Ramon it was difficult leaving. If you are looking for a private getaway but still want adventure Casa Ramon is the perfect place!
